Return Policy

Due to the nature of the custom decoration applied to any item provided on-site or thru this website, we cannot accept returns unless the decorated item is damaged or imprinted incorrectly.

To begin a return request for either a damaged good or incorrect imprint, we must be notified by email within 24 hours of receipt. Please email "NDMsupport@idbrands360.comĀ and include the following:

  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the issue
  • Contact information (name, email address & phone number)
  • Order Number

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with prior approval from Customer Service.
